We reached out to PIPHELP.org after losing my Personal Independence Payments after a change of circumstances.

As you can imagine myself and my partner were bereft after receiving the decision from the DWP.

We had luckily already heard of PIPHELP.org and upon contacting them we were quickly contacted by a lovely gentleman called Dave, quickly and assertively reassured us relieving our inescapable sense of anxiety, and lessening our distress.

Our next contact was from our assigned caseworker Sandra, again Sandra 100% reassured us, laying out the process that would follow and the different services they could assist us with.

My partner and I chose for PIPHELP.org to represent us, rather than assist as we were both so exhausted from my illness that we didn’t have the strength to stay in the fight.

Sandra arranged a meeting to discuss my case, again laying out exactly what was ahead of us, going over what we had already submitted to the DWP, what evidence I had and advised what rates I would possibly be awarded if successful.

After a few emails back and forth gathering more evidence she shared with us a draft tribunal appeal submission, after agreeing to this we received this to sign and post to the tribunal.

Yesterday we received a call from the DWP just to go over a couple of things, and today we received the great news that Sandra’s appeal submission had been successful, the DWP had reviewed the documents submitted by Sandra and had decided to award me what I’d lost and more, without going to tribunal!

The whole process has been seamless, and completely stress free! I would not hesitate in recommending PIPHELP.org to anyone, and I will without doubt be using them again in 10 years when I have to renew.

I was very worried about filling in PIP forms, I contacted PIP HELP and I was matched with a lady called Annie, who helped me through everything even sat in on my phone assessment she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I would like to give a huge thanks to Sandra and Linda for helping me with PIP claims for my son and daughter.

From nil points to enhanced for both for my son at tribunal and standard and enhanced for my daughter also at tribunal. The latter was as a result of an ‘appeal’ to the tribunal for errors and we were granted a second hearing.

Sandra was with us all the way, producing legally, well worded and laid out official documents to forward to the DWP from MR right through to the end.

Due to the difficulty navigating the claim form I decided based on reviews to use this Welfare Rights group.

I was assigned Jeremy who definitely had his work cut out. He made the whole process so easy, writing out all the info needed.

He was in regular contact with me and post was flying backwards and forwards between England to Ireland. He was also dialled in to the assessment with me.

In all honesty I wasn’t confident. Jeremy however was, and that’s the beauty of using the people who know what they’re talking about.

I can”t recommend him and the company enough.

Although there is a fee if awarded it’s absolutely worth it to take away the stress involved.

He was phenomenal and I will be forever grateful for his time, knowledge, patience and support.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Stars isn’t enough! …

When I found PIP Help CIC I was at my whits end dealing with the stress of my daughter’s PIP review.

The DWP telephone assessment was incredibly stressful. I found it very uncomfortable and difficult advocating for my daughter whilst she was sat alongside me. Subsequently they decided by letter, 3 weeks after the telephone call, that she no longer met the conditions of PIP and her award was stopped from the date of the telephone assessment.

I was feeling very isolated and helpless. I felt like I had failed my daughter and Mum guilt was eating away at me and as I have several chronic mental health conditions, the stress was plummeting me into a spiral.

After reaching out and talking to David about what had happened I instantly felt reassured and supported. I learned that I didn’t fully understand the nuances and legal PIP framework, very few people do.

When David read my daughter’s written assessment report from the DWP, he explained that my daughter’s telephone assessment was poor and did not meet the required standards or adequately investigate report or understand my daughter’s health conditions.

David helped me understand the ins and outs of using the PIP Help CIC service and explained that because he felt my daughters case was strong, we could potentially be paying a large fee for little more than general assistance in completing an appeal form. However, I insisted that I understood that and was in agreement with the potential cost as I desperately needed to feel like I wasn’t alone dealing with it as I wasn’t coping. I was going into a panic ruminating about the possibility my daughter could forever lose her disability support as PIP “gatekeeps” so much more than a monthly financial award.

I signed a contract with PIP Help CIC and David assigned me to a case worker, a lovely lady called Julie who was amazing. Both Julie and David made me feel so at ease. I was able to contact them with any worries or questions through the waiting process. They were kind, reassuring and compassionate to my situation.

Julie did an amazing job at explaining the appeals process to me. She broke down the possibilities and avenues it may go down and explained how she would approach the case by cross-referencing all of my daughters medical notes and diagnoses with the outcomes of the DWP decisions and assessment reports.

It was a nervous wait for the statutory initial response. Julie was hoping the DWP would overturn their decision as they often review the whole case when an appeal is initially submitted than otherwise committing to a costly tribunal.

To my absolute delight 6 weeks on and to my HUGE relief this week I received a call to tell me that the DWP had taken another look at everything and I was told “they could find no evidence to suggest my daughters conditions had at all improved” and that “her award should not have been withdrawn and that it would be immediately reinstated at the same level, with back pay”.

I cannot even express the relief and gratitude to David and Julie for the guidance support and lending me an ear to my constant fretting!!

As I explained, they did little more than complete the appeals form BUT I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that having PIP Help CIC on that appeals form got the attention of the DWP because of their excellent reputation. Julie explained this often holds a lot of weight with the DWP. The pastoral care for me was also invaluable.

Had I not taken this forward with PIP Help CIC I know I would have been facing a year-long battle and potentially have to face a tribunal.

I’m still thanking my lucky stars this week that this whole ordeal is over.

I spent 12+ months for the DWP to deny my claim despite ample factual medical evidence of how my condition affects my daily life, awarded 6 points daily living 0 for mobility.

I’m very sceptical when it comes to asking for help for the fact it’s never received. I was at my lowest and randomly decided I’d search Facebook and came across PIP assessment support group.

After reading comments and seeing nothing but positive comments, I finally kicked myself to message. I got a response practically straight away we chatted a little I gave details that I needed and was told David would be in contact but she couldn’t give me a definite time or how long which I fully understood. Not going to lie in my head I was thinking here we go being fobbed off again. i hold my hands up I was wrong a few days later David contacted me. Jade was amazing, I’m currently having a life and death procedure, am constantly exhausted and had minimal fight in me to face the paperwork and process of this claim. My wife is juggling dealing with kids, work, keeping the house and everything else together and was equally placed.

Jade supported us so much and explained the process all the way and recommended all the supportive evidence required and chatted through the whole application process and helped my wife with so many questions and queries so my wife could then complete with me with minimal stress.

Just received full enhanced rate award, without an interview which wouldn’t look forward to either in present condition and couldn’t be happier.

Having received zero points on the 2 previous PIP form attempts, I was recommended PIP HELP CIC. As I had already gathered some evidence, it helped my case-worker to evaluate what I had and what I then required to complete the case. I then contacted DWP for the PIP form in March 2023, my casework did a typed up evidence, from going through each question, and sent it along with the attachments etc in May. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received a text message to say that I was successful but had to wait for a letter to arrive to explain what level I have been awarded.

If it hadn’t been with the help from PIP HELP CIC, I would have probably been rejected again.

I applied for PIP and got 6 points and did an MRand was still awarded 6 points, I got in touch with PIP HELP.org and Jade dealt with my claim and was very thorough, so we appealed and got awarded daily care, took around 2 months from jade helping and 3 weeks for DWP to over turn the appeal before it even got to tribunal, so thank you ever so much to Jade and company.

I can’t say thank you enough for these incredible people. David was on the phone to me whenever I needed him to support and ease my anxiety no matter what time or how long the call was going to be he was there and I never felt like I was a bother to him. He supported me and guided me in so many ways.

Kim was my registered representative rep and I would have that amazing woman anyday by my side; even if I was on trial for murder lol . She was there to support me when I needed and told me constantly she will not abandon me. She knows her Job and is bloody good at it!

I felt like they genuinely cared and really wanted to help, not like others who only care for money. The great thing about this organisation is no-win no-fee and you only give back a percentage from you backdate money.

Massive thank you to David & Linda, after only 4 months from applying for PIP I was awarded enhanced rate on both elements. This company is worth its weight in gold, they are worth every penny & more.

I had put off applying for months due to the overwhelming stress the forms caused me, I came across their website and cannot thank them enough, David called me first, he made it a very relaxed call, he was very easy to talk to, he listened, he was very understanding & empathetic.

UPDATE: At long last I have been awarded PIP (enhanced Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility) AND FOR 4 YEARS 👍.

Without the help of David and Kim, I am convinced I would have been turned down yet again.

I have spoken to David today who has freely advised, encouraged and supported me with my up and coming PIP assessment. I suffer with fibromyalgia, chronic OCD, anxiety and depression. When the dreaded brown envelope turned up, I really didn’t want to open it. let alone fill it in, as we all know how difficult it is to get PIP. I tried CAB, but I could never get through to them. A friend of mine then recommended PIP Help and they were absolutely brilliant for me!

Thanks to their advice and support, eventually I was re-awarded PIP at the enhanced rate for daily living and mobility. This time for a much longer period.

I really can’t recommend this Non-Profit Organisation strongly enough. If you are having any problems with claiming PIP, or don’t know where to start; my advice is pick-up the phone and call them. You won’t find anyone better to help you!

David has been known to my family for many years. When I became unwell I contacted David and Shelene for support. Sadly I was to unwell and unable to communicate with other people due to my serve depression, anxiety and severe panic attacks.

I’m so glad I found David, he’s been my rock. After 2 failed attempts on my own i was ready to give up, I was passed David’s number via a Facebook group, we’ve spoken on the phone loads, David helped do my Mandatory reconsideration, he’s also got me extra help and support via an OT.

Unfortunately I didn’t win my MR, but David’s going to continue to fight for me. He’s always at the end of the phone even if it’s just to have a chat because I’ve had a bad day or im struggling with my mental health.

David helped me with PIP after my first failed attempt, helping me to redo my application using the correct dialog needed to actually get some points.
Unfortunately PIP do not disclose the key words they look for, so they actively expect people to fail.
Not all disability is visible, and those of us with hidden disabilities deserve as much help as those with physical disabilities … David helped PIP see my hidden disabilities.

I had lost my whole award and PIPHELP.org won it back for me!! I contacted CAB and honestly I was so low I felt like giving up. My health had got worse and I reported the changes and was awarded zero points and lost the whole lot! CAB was taking so long and time was running out. PIPHELP.org were amazing!! They went completely out of their way to help me. Always available with a kind, helpful listening ear whenever I needed them. They understood me! They gave me help that I had never experienced before, professional, knowledgeable and kind.
